CR Certification
Vietnam CR is the safety certification controls by Vietnamese Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, STAMEQ the STAMEQ .Vietnam specified quality certification center QUACERT CR mark certificate as his organization, specify the Vietnam quality test center QUATEST perform testing of electrical and electronic products .STMEQ enacted Product Certification system in 1996 - the Product Certification. Rules and regulations, all in CR logo certification within the scope of control of electrical products, before entering the Vietnamese market, must through the product testing and inspection for CR logo certificate, and labeled with CR.

Decision 21/2009 / QD - BKHCN regulation 13 products, mandatory from June 1, 2010:

9.Electric oven, (portable) toaster and other similar cooker

12.Tea or coffee making appliances
13.Hand dryers
QCVN 9:2012 / BKHCN regulations about 7 products add EMC requirements, from July 1, 2013 mandatory:
Instantaneous water heater, handheld electric drill, the ballast lamp, vacuum cleaners, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner

Application Process
1.     The customer submits the application form and samples to Waltek.
2.     Waltek audit the file and send the sample to the lab to arrange test.
3.     Meanwhile the testing, start from designated inspection agencies inspection the factory , issue the factory inspection report.
4.     The agency which issue the certification assessment test report and factory inspection report, issue CR certificate.

 Energy Label certification of Energy efficiency
Certification introduction:
Vietnam energy efficiency label is the mandatory certification issuing and implementation by Vietnam mfert for industry and commerce (MOIT). The Vietnamese government in 2006 promulgated the 79/2006 / QD - TTg, decided to implement the Vietnam national energy efficiency program (VNEEP).According to the plan , the Vietnamese government promulgated in 2011 "51/2011 / QD - TTg", the rules and regulations, since July 1, 2013, all the energy efficiency certification control within the scope of the product in Vietnam, must pass the product testing in order to get certificate of energy efficiency, and labeled with energy saving (as below photo) then can be circulate on the market of Vietnam.

Application Process
1. The customer prepare samples and document, submitted application to Waltek
2. Waltek submit samples to the lab test
3. The agency review test report, after approved, shall issue a certificate of energy efficiency

MIC  wireless certification
Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, MIC is the competent organization of Vietnam wireless communication certification.MIC certification for information technology equipment and communications equipment certification requirements of electromagnetic interference, control products must meet the requirements of relevant QCVN/TCN standard. Can be based on R&TTE report, but still need to deliver to the local test.MIC certificate must be the holder of local companies, if the local agent, we can provide agent service.
