Batteries contains the substance such as Pb, Cd, Hg, acid, alkali which can caused serious affect on environment and human health. how to restrict the toxic substance and better recycle the waste batteries is widely attention by the society.

Related regulation and our services:
The batteries directive 2006/66/EC have defined the responsibility of manufacture, recycling, recycle rate, batteries marking , upper limit for restricted material Pb, Cd, Hg and exemption.

The restricted requirement as below:
1、Forbid the batteries or storage batteries sold in the market which contain Hg>0.0005%or Cd>0.002%
2、The cell batteries can be exempt if it contain Hg<2%
3、The requirement of Cd<0.002% not suitable for the emergency light and alarm system.
 
All the batteries should print on batteries marking for recycle separately: Except the European, USA, China, Canada, Japan, Australia also have issued the local batteries regulations, we can provide batteries restricted substance test according to different directive requirements, and also can identify the compliance of batteries marking.
